The Faery Quartz That Lavender Recieves From Her Best Friend Cinnamon Allows Her To Do All That Full-Blooded Faeries Can Do.
This picture was taken by readers Digest and is found in their diskette "Everything You Can Do On a Computer and More", which accompanies a book with the same name. They refer to the picture as the moon but I think it looks more like a rounded quartz. The Faeries in my novel are able to mine a type of quartz called the Faery Quartz. It has the ability to change colour and is used for healing purposes because it can be charged with a Faery's energy or magic and transfered to another Faery in need of it. When Faery Quarts have also a small amount of energy extracted from a tree root,they become artificial inteligent beings that communicate with the world through telepathy. |
