The Forked-Stream Ring Underground

In this section I have put up pictures from angelfire that would be similar to what the natural pathways of the earth beneath Forked-Stream Ring would look like. The background picture is similar to what Forked-Stream Ring looks like from the surface. The are many evergreens in the ring since it is in their branches the winged Faeries build their homes. The photo is not actually that of a stream but again this is how big a stream might look to beings who have chosen not to live taller than twelve centimetres for most of their lives. The mountains at the back help camauflage the ring as well as hide with natural fog which the Faeries use as samples to create their artificial fog.

The Underground City of The Gnomes

Underneath the radis of Forked-Stream Ring lies The City of The Gnomes. This is what the background of what their city has been build upon. Imagine it with homes and other types of buildings. The hole in the ground could be a filled with water and used as a pool.

Enterances to The City of the Gnomes

This anglefire picture represents Gnomes city entrances. They have been dug out of the flat ground. Unlike this picture though they have doors upon them so no one will accidentally fall into them. The doors are made of wood cut in a circular shape with a door handle on them. To go underground Faeries need only pull up the door, and walked down some stairs and pull the door back down behind them as they do so.

The City of the Gnomes Seen From The Air.

When a Faery flies above the City of the Gnomes this angelfire picture is similar to what it would look like. Some of the homes are intregrated into the stone will other more modern ones are build on top of it. The opening to the sky is actually a door at the surface left open to allow fresh air into the city. It looks big but remember this is the view of Faeries that have chosen to live most of their lives at the hieght of no more than twelve centimetres.
